Run, Forrest, RUN!

    Quite the eye- catching title, huh?! Today has been excellent!! Gotten so much accomplished and it's not even 1:30 in the afternoon yet!! Took math notes, wrote my self-reflection for CTS, and in a bit I shall try to do some more Mastering Chemistry problems. Oh, and I ran 4 miles in a record (I think it's a record anyway, when I trained for XC I never ran exactly 4 miles) in 36:07!! Oh, and my dorm room smelled like chocolate glazed doughnuts this morning. Can this day get any better?? AND...I was able to avoid the scale today! Tomorrow I shall see where I am at. Good or bad all I can do is look towards the future. Oh, who am I kidding, I really want to see the scale below 137!! I have done fairly well with the exception of going out to eat on Friday night. SO...I am a little nervous, but not much I can do but keep my fingers crossed.

    It's also super nice outside, but I don't have any non-electronic homework to do. :( I was going to walk down to the CRWC to workout, but I don't know if I should. I know that my legs were hurting towards the end of my run. I also know that if I do walk down I have to walk all the way back to Currier, which will involve climbing some type of hill(yuck!) And if I work out again, chances are I'll get hungry again, and I have already ate close to 1400 calories today, no more food is needed. Tomorrow I shall run and lift. Don't know how far I'll run yet. Maybe like 2.5 miles? Tuesday will be a late night, and I know I'll have a poop ton of homework to do. SO..I may, MAY, run in the morning. I would have to wake up at like 5:30ish though! But, that way I could just got straight to breakfast after my 7:30 class and not have to worry about getting a workout in before my 12:30 class. We shall see what I am feeling. Tuesday could always be my day off from running too, except for the fact that I took both last Wednesday and Thursday off from running. So...who knows!

    AHHHHHH! I really don't want to do anymore freaking Chemistry homework! I did a bunch the other night, got confused and then stopped. I'm almost halfway through MC 5 though. I literally have nothing to do though, so I might as well do something productive right? I'd like to take a nap, but I don't think that's a good habit to get into. So, here I sit blogging away, because I have nothing else to do. Yay me. Apparently there is some contest where if you complete Map Works by tomorrow you get your name entered 10 times to win a flat screen TV, Iowa apparel, and a tablet. If I won the tablet I would honestly sell it. I already have a nook, ipod touch, and laptop. But the TV would be nice, I just would NOT let my roommate anywhere near it. I could set it on my desk, or in my closet on my dresser, or on my chair, or on MY fridge. So, yeah, a TV would be nice, but distracting at the same time. I could always use more clothes though! But, I could sell the tablet and get some cold hard cash! I wonder if they have the option of taking money rather than the tablet/TV? I'll ask my parent's and see what they think. This post is really long, and boring . BLAHHHHHHHH.

    Anyhow, back to the title of this post! I'm hoping to run up to 5 miles by the end of this week, so either on Saturday or Sunday. Tuesday would be an ideal day to try for 4.5 miles, as long as I don't go too far and hard tomorrow. I guess how far I run will depend on the scale. As long as I keep sucking down all this water I should be good! I already drank my orange water bottle empty 3 times. I want to drink one more full bottle and I should be good. I'm also considering maybe starting to write more make believe-ish stuff like one of my posts on here from last fall. I thought it might be something fun to do when I have a little free time on my hands. I am putting off this Chemistry homework until later tonight. I'm just not feeling it right now. Who cares! I already way ahead anyway. If I work too far ahead I'll just confuse myself. Fishing sounds really good right about now! It's perfect weather out. I'm thinking maybe I want to go home some weekend before thanksgiving? Nahh, it's nearing the time of snowfall and that would mean no working out, can't do that. JK. However, I do need to take a rest day this week. And Tuesday could be a good day to do it. But... I don't know. I guess once again, we will have to see what the scale says. If I don't take Tuesday off, I honestly don't know what day I'll take completely off. If not Tuesday, it would have to be like Saturday or Sunday, which would be dumb. Those are the days when I have the most free time. So yeah Tuesday, rest day, sounds perfect! I feel like if I don't take a rest day (which sounds pretty appealing when you're trying to lose weight as fast as possible) then I'll just end up getting hurt and run down.

    Ughh. So much going on in this little head of mine. I just need to chillax. Things have been going fine, taking Tuesday off makes the most logical sense. That means I'll have four days in a row of running under my belt. And I'll have a full 6 days until my next rest day the following Tuesday. Plus, as long as I eat right (meaning my cheat meal isn't the same day as my rest day, and that eat lower calories on my rest day) I should be fine. Okay, I really feel like I need to do something productive. Looking up recipes and random stuff on Pinterest sound pretty good to me! Peace Out.
