Low Carb Diet, Could it do the trick?????

Low Carb Diet, Could it do the trick?????

Greetings fellow earthlings!! Today has been excellent! English paper is nearly all the way revised and I was blessed with a good number on the scale. 136.2!!! I think just eating healthy and controlling both my carbs and sodium is doing the trick. Today is my cheat day, so I had a lot of carbs, chocolate chip pancakes, and stayed at 1,353 calories! I am so proud of myself. I've been making sure to drink plenty of water as well. I do not know what to do as far as carb cycling yet. I am going to see how tomorrow goes. If all goes well, I will do two days low carb, followed by one day of high carb. I got the idea from Chris Powell's new book. If tomorrow is a struggle, then I will just go every other day. I honestly don't know what to expect. I am just hoping that things continue to do good. I honestly care more about the body fat number going down than anything else. At one point during junior year I was down to 19% body fat and 138lbs.
But, that was while I had that stupid boot on for my ankle. So, I don't know what number is realistic. I just want to be as healthy as possible, now that I am actually seeing results. Tomorrow is going to be a tough day. I am thinking about getting a smoothie for supper tomorrow. I just don't think I can go from like 1'clock until breakfast on Monday morning. That would mean less carbs at breakfast, but I honestly don't care. I plan to workout earlier in the day as well, when I have more energy. I will have to check out the calorie info on the smoothies tomorrow night. I figure if I get a small it would have the same amount of calories as if I had toast for breakfast, only less sodium. Still unsure if I will go to chemistry thing tomorrow night. It's from 6:30 to 8:30. But, front doors to chemistry building won't be unlocked, only the side doors. Not sure exactly which door to go in, I will wait and see how much stuff I get done tonight and tomorrow.
Getting super hungry again! This is crazy. I am glad that I got to see my parents today! That just made my day that much better. And we got some snack food that I can have for lunch. Eating low carb is going to mean having a lot less options for food at Burge. Now, I have grapes, granola bars, yogurt, fruit snacks, and popcorn in case I get hungry in between breakfast and dinner; which I usually do! This way, I won't feel the need to stuff myself at breakfast. I am going to wait until Monday to weigh-in next. Don't want to keep up with this everyday stuff. Three days a week is enough for me. Glad I am seeing some success finally, eating healthy has really helped me. I feel so much better about myself. And I honestly don't think I would have been able to lose the weight at home, not enough time and too many temptations. Anyhow, one negative side effect of losing weight is being cold all the damn time!! I hate it!! I have goosebumps on my arms right now as I'm typing in the computer lab. Grrrr. I need a heated blanket or something. I hope it's warm outside. Who knows, maybe I'll even study my Chemistry outside tonight if it is, I just want to feel the warmth of the sun. I am tempted to go to the running group tomorrow, but I know I need to have breakfast at 8. And I don't want to have to worry about getting lost. I feel bad that I took two days off running this week, but it just felt like my body needed it. Hopefully once my body gets used to having low carb days I will have more energy. Wooo. This post is getting long, and I am getting hungry. Oh and I have to pee like every 5 seconds, crazy stuff. Goodbye Peeps!
And.........the weight-loss CONTINUES!
